First Goal: 356.4
Today is the day that I start my weight loss. I've decided to use the Weight Watchers system to manage my portions. I think this is the first time I've published my weight online for anyone to view.
Back in high school I weighed 400+ and over the course of undergrad I was able to get myself down to 299 which was the "skinniest" I had been since being a little kid. After graduating undergrad I moved to Chicago and started graduate school. Over the past 2 years I've watched my weight climb up to where it currently is.
I'm tired of being overweight so today that is going to start to change!
