I woke up to a huge surprise this morning with a 2.2 pound loss from yesterday. Since Tuesday my weight has remained stable so I've not wanted to blog because that's not as fun to talk about!
I've actually been struggling with Weight Watchers because of a surprising problem...I can't eat all of my points. Because of my weight, they give me way too many points I'm required to eat in a day. Instead I've decided to follow the point system but also record my calories because I want to keep my daily caloric intake in the 1700 - 2200 range which I feel is a good amount for weight loss. So far I've noticed myself having a hard time reaching 2000 calories now that I'm being conscious of what I eat and I record everything.
Overall, I'd say the first 5 days have been easy and successful!
