I was completely shocked by this morning's loss of 1.2 pounds. Yesterday I traveled to the suburbs to say goodbye to one of my best friends who is moving to South Korea for a year. While there we decided to have lunch at California Pizza Kitchen(DIET ALERT!). However, I attempted to make healthy choices while still feeling like I was cheating. We split a hummus appetizer, a half of the Thai Crunch salad(yes, 1/4 of a salad each), and then I had 2 pieces of the Tomato Basil pizza. Apparently I was successful because I was rewarded with more weight loss this morning.
