Some more weight loss this morning, almost an entire pound. I'm excited about tomorrow's weigh-in so I'll have my first completed weekly weight change.
Yesterday I did not eat nearly as many calories as I usually manage but I was definitely not starving myself and was actually quite full.
Breakfast: 1/2 cup of oatmeal and a Venti iced nonfat latte (180 calories)
Lunch: 2 weight watchers ravioli frozen meals (500 calories)
Dinner: I made burritos with non-fat refried beans, non-fat sour cream, avocado slices, and Quorn Chik'N Cutlets that I cooked in some salsa on multigrain tortillas. (690 calories for 2)
That ended my day with a total caloric intake of 1,370 which is actually quite low now that I look at it again. Oh well, I promise I'm not starving myself, I was actually about to explode from being full after that 2nd burrito! Healthy food can be really filling!
