This ends my first week and my total final loss for the first week is a huge and surprising 6.6 pounds.
I actually didn't believe my weight loss this morning. For some reason I was anticipating a slight gain for really no reason other than self-doubt. So when I got on the scale and I had lost 1.4 pounds I almost died. I actually weighed again, re-calibrated the scale, and then weighed a third time but I got the exact same weight each time.
I started this wanting to lose 2 pounds in my first week so I can say I am feeling really good right now! The weight loss on top of the ease of this diet is astounding. I actually don't want to call it a diet in the way people think because I've honestly just changed the way I eat and I'm staying full and satisfied with every meal.
On to week 2!
