Week 2 - Day 2

Weight: 359.2
Weekly Weight Change: -0.6
Total Weight Change: -7.2

Not a huge loss in weight compared to some of the other days but if I look at it objectively 0.6 is an amazing 1 day loss.

Yesterday was a pretty typical meal day. I had oatmeal and a peach for breakfast, frozen weight watchers dinners for lunch, and I made curried cauliflower and chickpeas for dinner. I was also able to sneak in a WW frozen dessert(peanut butter cup ice cream) because I had about 300 calories left after dinner. Though even after the ice cream I was still under my 2000 goal so it was a good day.

Today I'm having lunch with a friend(uh oh!) and then having dinner with 2 other friends(at an Indian Buffet) so I'm going to have to use my practical eating big time today!
