Another pound! I am now 1.8 pounds from being what I was in October and that means 1.9 pounds from a new low since starting this weight loss adventure.

After 2 days of drinking and not being too careful I managed to lose over half a pound!

I didn't weigh yesterday because I was having a "I just know I've gained weight, I can feel it" even though I had not cheated at all. So I do have to say this weight loss is a nice surprised!

I decided to start playing boxing on Wii Sports and dance to music at the same time for an hour.

I had a weird week. In the middle I actually gained a small amount of weight but looks like the overall result is a loss! I tend not to worry with weight fluctuation when I start eating differently because of the shock to my body.

Great way to end the week though! So much closer to being back to what I was before the holidays.

A new year, a new start

My weight as of today for the new year is 338.4 which is an increase from October but still a decent negative overall!
My total weight change from the start of this adventure is a 28 pound loss.

I'm going to consider the past year a success because I did lose a lot of weight and will begin anew starting today.
